Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 Lets go BLue Jays!!! Time for the offense to heat up
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 How about 1 home run at least? The FHRC is hungry for some dingers!
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 Apparently weather doesn't look good for tonight's game.
8D Verified Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 This season has been so bad I'm actually looking forward watching Machado and Davis more than watching the Jays.
Chappy Community Moderator Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 For anyone who still thinks this team has any chance I think the Orioles will squash that this weekend.
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 Maybe we will score many runs this game!??
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 For anyone who still thinks this team has any chance I think the Orioles will squash that this weekend. I agree, I predicted a 1-5 roadtrip so they'll get swept this weekend. Of course, I hope they actually sweep the O's and get back to .500, but that's wishful thinking.
bzapple Verified Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 If there's one hope I have left for this season it's that we bring the Orioles down with us.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 I hate the Orioles It's their fans... Their fans are just so awful.
Caper Verified Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 I like the Orioles... it's the Red Sox I want to see lose.

G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 How many balls has Jose Reyes rifled right at fielders since he's come back?

G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 Dammit I hate it when they go 1-2-3 in the 1st
baubau Verified Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 How many balls has Jose Reyes rifled right at fielders since he's come back? He's been swinging at a lot of 1st pitches. I don't know if he's just anxious to start producing or if is still finding his swing. Just hopes he figured it out after the break. Also, wow the O's hate bautista.
TheEndIsNigh Verified Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 Someone tell bautista sometimes, the first pitch of the at bat is the best one you will get...Never seen a hitter take so many good pitches to hit... Pitchers must see he almost always take the first pitch and throw one over. Reyes is not taking many pitches at all for a lead-off guy. Everyone pitching JB outside, he never goes the other way just pops it up or rolls over it.

Hard hit balls in play all the time.
TheEndIsNigh Verified Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 Reyes also making better contact though. Hard hit balls in play all the time. Yes this is true. Still, I like teams that work pitchers and this team just isn't it, it's why they are so streaky. They explode score a bunch or just go quiet too often. Reyes at least is more consistent.
