Jays Verified Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 Gee that was JP's first XBH since June 18. and power is the only good part of his game.
TheEndIsNigh Verified Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 When was the last time bautista hit an outside pitch like that?
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 Good work by Jones That was a good pitch
TheEndIsNigh Verified Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 Good work by Jones That was a good pitch What frustrates me is you almost never see the jays do that with outside pitches or with 2 strikes.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 Seriously, stop pitching to him. Walk him. Every time.
TheEndIsNigh Verified Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 Why would you pitch him there? LOL idiotic pitch selection against davis. He can hit those with his eyes closed. Jam him.
theblujay Verified Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 Bad pitch, whatever. This series could be very telling. A sweep or 2/3 and we might still be barely holding on. If we get swept I think most of us will be in for tank nation.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 Classic buehrle...s***, s***, and more s***.
TheEndIsNigh Verified Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 I still can't believe they decided to pitch davis there. A fan with an IQ could tell you not to pitch davis there.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 Stop acting like a bunch of whiny babies, he didn't get a meatball right down the middle. Davis is damn good remember that
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 Seriously, stop pitching to him. Walk him. Every time. Even Tabler says this
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 Stop acting like a bunch of whiny babies, he didn't get a meatball right down the middle. Davis is damn good remember that And buehrle is that bad...he probably thought he could blow it by him at 75 mph
TheEndIsNigh Verified Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 Stop acting like a bunch of whiny babies, he didn't get a meatball right down the middle. Davis is damn good remember that Then with 2 outs, why do you go pitch him where his strength is? he loves the ball out and where he can extend his arms. You pitch around him if you have to ot try to jam him. Heck a walk would be good.
Howard Roark Verified Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 Bad pitch, whatever. This series could be very telling. A sweep or 2/3 and we might still be barely holding on. If we get swept I think most of us will be in for tank nation. We could go on another 11 game win streak and we'd still be "barely holding on". Save yourself the grief brother, it's over. It's been over for a whiiiiiile. Rev up the tank.
TheEndIsNigh Verified Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 A lot of jays fans in Baltimore.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 And buehrle is that bad...he probably thought he could blow it by him at 75 mph Yet he has been our best this year. Ever since April he has been decent, its just he's ridiculously overpaid
TheEndIsNigh Verified Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 Bautista gets hot for a week then disappears. This offense is not very good, way to hot/cold. Averaging 3 + runs a game since the 11 game win streak.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 Perspective folks, remember Colby last year
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted July 12, 2013 Author Posted July 12, 2013 As someone who lives in the Boston area and has to deal with the fans all the time, I agree. Stay safe from the asshats bro!
theblujay Verified Member Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 Can we please sell some of our guys for prospects and call up Gose, Stroman and Nolin. EE!
