Great coaching decision by Casey to run the bench during the first half of the fourth quarter and then go with the starters when Washington's gassed....

 

....but that's not a strategy that's going to work as the Raptors get deeper into the playoffs.

 

Honestly the bench was playing better than the starters and it's not the first time this has happened so good on Casey to ride with them once more. It may not work against the Golden State Warriors but it was pretty effective in the regular season. Loved the Delon block on Oubre at the very end, f*** that guy.

Morris apparently was running his mouth after the game too, saying the better team lost, etc. They really have some detestable guys over there. Kinda hoping for the pacers to win game 7. I'd like to not face Lebron for once.

As a LeBron fan, I’m sort of torn on what I’d like to happen Game 7. Id like to keep seeing him play this year but I think the first round exit would seal the deal on leaving Cleveland. Their roster is garbage. Dreaming of Philly! That team would actually challenge the West on paper and the court

I think it’s mostly just him. Wall and Beal are two of the more likable guys in the NBA. Gortat seemed to be joking with Lowry every game.

like our starters would work against GS either lol

 

Bench was what propelled this team to the 1st seed. ride with them especially with FVV back

Yeah, I think they have to rely on their bench since whatever team they play against, they never have the best player in the series on their side.

Their current team doesn't scare me half as much as past ones, but we've gotta find a way to shut down Lebron.

 

I'm not sure that's possible - 45/9/7 today

You don't shut down Lebron...at least not from scoring. What you have to do it try and shut down his distribution game. Try not to let him get his teammates involved. If it's just him, he can score 60 and the Cavs still won't win.

Pretty sure when Jordan left after first 3-peat, Bulls were still high-seed in playoffs. If LBK wasn’t on Cavs, they’d be playing for the most lotto balls. I was thinking Cavs would get to finals for sure but they’re a really bad squad minus James
