Yes the 5 minutes he's played is very telling.

 

Him, Bruno, and Bebe should be going to the d-league next week. I'm hoping Powell continues playing how he did yesterday to displace Ross from the rotation as well. I know, Sixers, but he contributed more yesterday than Ross has in, like, his last 4 or 5 games.

Powell is explosive, has a solid handle and extremely aggressive. Sure he needs to improve his distance shooting but these types of players are very valuable in todays NBA.

There's a huge variance when calling someone a "poor mans version".

 

It all depends on how you take that statement. I say it as someone who will stay in the league, possibly be a starter in a few years if things go right and plays a similar style. It doesnt in anyway mean I think he's anywhere close to as good as Wade, hence me saying poor.

yes I do. Raptors still don't know how to play when they get bodied up hard in a game. They get frustrated, then taking bad shot and then start chucking up ugly 3s-

 

 

the fold up when they get push back.... just the way it is. their catch and chuck shooters cant shoot if they have to fight for shots opportunities.

Raptors have some of the physically toughest players in the NBA. Jonas, Lowry, Demar, Caroll and Biyombo are all troopers. JJ is f***ing terrifying.

Best part is that he isn't even taking that many shots. Its not like he's Kobe taking 30 shots a game. Guy has a TS% of over 70% which is insane let alone for a PG..

 

I'd love to see the Warriors live. Tickets are so expensive for when they come to Toronto though.
