connorp Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 If Philly made that you guys would prob talk about how the NBA secretly activated a basketball magnet hidden in the rim
Laika Community Moderator Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 Tell me what Toronto sports moments were better than that shot
Carlos Danger Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 Tell me what Toronto sports moments were better than that shot Def Top 4 IMO
Carlos Danger Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 I cant compare it to SN since I can’t watch it. But the TNT studio show is awesome with Barkley, and Shak among the four of them. Just laughed my ass off at EJ’s gone fishing. Wish ESPN had no games.. TNT basketball is at a much superior level.
P2F Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 Tell me what Toronto sports moments were better than that shot Joe Carter home run and Jose Bautista home run. Maybe. That Kawhi shot gives them a legit run for their money.
jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 So glad I went to this game tonight! One of the greatest moments in the history of Toronto sports! Can't believe I witnessed it! Saw Jose Bautista's bat flip in 2015 and Kawhi's winning shot in Game 7! I'm blessed!
Frag Verified Member Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 Kawhi shot > Bat flip. Yeah. A buzzer beater shot beats a 7th-inning home run (both series winners). If Jose walked it off, it's a different story.

Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 Tell me what Toronto sports moments were better than that shot That shot is bigger than the Bautista Bat Flip by an order of magnitude. Below the Carter walk-off, obviously.
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 Tell me what Toronto sports moments were better than that shot That's the top Raptors moment. No doubt. Jays have Carter, Alomar, and Bautista homers. Leafs have a few... Most are older than sin though.
Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 I f***ing love that Kawhi made Joel Embiid cry.
Dick_Pole Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 Just put some money down on the Raps to beat the Bucks in the series Kawhi > Giannis. Fight me you bald little wife-renting (stolen from Spanky) troll. The type of troll that's like 3'6" and lives under a bridge, not an online smartass. I'm laying off Portland. The odds are s***. Basically Blue Jackets/Lightning odds when I was banking on at least 7 to 1. Either Portland has become the entire betting public's darkhorse or they think Durant will miss extended time or both.

I don't think Portland can beat GS even without Durant, unless Curry's injury gets a lot worse. Raps-Bucks is interesting. I feel like it's our series to lose, but the key is going to be Gasol imo. He's the one big man who MIGHT stand a chance of being able to frustrate and limit Giannis, because he plays with his feet and never bites. He'll force Giannis to make tough shots over and over again rather than putting him at the line (hopefully).

You only ever really bet on a heavy underdog like Portland when the return is so good you think it's worth it. +380 is ********.
Plat Verified Member Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 I know this is a Blue Jays forums but damn I might put Kawhi's shot above Jose's bat flip HR in Toronto sports history, only game 7 buzzer beater in the history of the NBA....wow im still shook
Barkerfan23 Verified Member Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 A buzzer beater to win a playoff game 7 >>>> 3 run go ahead homerun in Alds game 5 But less than Carters world series wing homerun
Barkerfan23 Verified Member Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 Shocked at the bucks being heavy favorites to win the series
Frag Verified Member Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 I hope that shot gets the Raptors going in Game 1 on Wednesday.
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 I hope that shot gets the Raptors going in Game 1 on Wednesday. Bucks have home court. Bucks had the Best record in the NBA this season. Bucks are 8-1 in the playoffs. They've earned the heavy favourite billing. That said, that's why they play the games.
Plat Verified Member Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 A buzzer beater to win a playoff game 7 >>>> 3 run go ahead homerun in Alds game 5 But less than Carters world series wing homerun For sure yeah, it would have to be a walk off series winner.
