Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2018 Posted May 25, 2018 Some of the calls in this Golden State / Houston game have been absolutely brutal. Finally there's an actual game going on at least.

If James was 4 for 16 in these playoffs, Cavs would be down by 30. He’s the real MVP in literal sense of the word
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2018 Posted May 25, 2018 Damn it, that last second turnover cost me two of my lineups cashing
onwego Verified Member Posted May 25, 2018 Posted May 25, 2018 seems a decent attempt by both teams last night, been quite awhile in this playoff season i will tune in for both game 7s for sure, they have to care for that one
connorp Old-Timey Member Posted May 26, 2018 Posted May 26, 2018 Literally the best thing that happened to Cavs tonight was Love getting knocked out of game
connorp Old-Timey Member Posted May 26, 2018 Posted May 26, 2018 I really wish BOS would quit already. They must’ve missed oneego’s memo
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted May 26, 2018 Posted May 26, 2018 Lebron looks like he's hurting a LOT more than he's trying to let on.
Maahfaace Verified Member Posted May 26, 2018 Posted May 26, 2018 This is a good stat of the 56 playoff games so far in the NBA when a team built a 20-point first quarter lead, 46 times so far, they always won the game 46 of the 56 playoff games this year have resulted in 20 pt 1st qtr leads? Ok..........
onwego Verified Member Posted May 26, 2018 Posted May 26, 2018 Celtics cruised to a comfortable loss, giving half a s*** with game 7 on the horizon. Fun game to watch anyways. This can backfire, Dantley got a concussion and the Microwave had to sit for most of a game 7 for the Bad Boys, costing them a series when they were a much better team than the Celtics in 1987. Should have swept Boston....

Didn’t know where those opinions were coming from but then I read about how you were going through a rough time: http://www.news.com.au/finance/real-estate/renting/im-trying-to-do-whats-best-for-me-evicted-millennials-cringeworthy-tv-interview/news-story/65a328f21571248c0d7587d35a74cb9d Hope you guys can work it out and you figure out a quick next step
onwego Verified Member Posted May 26, 2018 Posted May 26, 2018 Chris Paul out for game 6. That take the honest effort of Houston from 25 percent to barely caring at all tonight Shocking!!!!
onwego Verified Member Posted May 26, 2018 Posted May 26, 2018 The best howler is the announcer start telling us that Tatum has great stats during wins and bad stats during losses. No guff.
onwego Verified Member Posted May 27, 2018 Posted May 27, 2018 Warriors won easily. Oh THAT happened?
jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted May 27, 2018 Posted May 27, 2018 The fix was on. The NBA wants a Game 7 for each series, especially with those big names.
connorp Old-Timey Member Posted May 27, 2018 Posted May 27, 2018 The fix was on. The NBA wants a Game 7 for each series, especially with those big names. Lol. Ok onwego. So the be clear, Houston must’ve been in on it to lay down and get clobbered by 30? If so, I’m just wondering how that goes down? The owners pass it down to coaches and then they break news to players in the pre-game?
connorp Old-Timey Member Posted May 27, 2018 Posted May 27, 2018 Coming off the Alex Jones stuff.. has there ever been an advance statistics attempt to quantify home field/court advantage? Pretty crazy how that works out. I guess not crazy but just not something you can quantify. It’s obviously been the entire difference in East. The best way I’ve heard it described is the role players particularly seem to play much better at home.
jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted May 27, 2018 Posted May 27, 2018 Lol. Ok onwego. So the be clear, Houston must’ve been in on it to lay down and get clobbered by 30? If so, I’m just wondering how that goes down? The owners pass it down to coaches and then they break news to players in the pre-game? Sure. James Harden probably had his friends drop huge bones on the game in Vegas by telling them we're not showing up tonight, so bet against us. lol I'm busting everyone's chops. Though I'm sure regardless every league, whether the NBA, NHL, or MLB, they all want a Game 7 because of the money.

I can understand maybe a whistle here or there that you could debate but when you talk about a team not showing up it gets Alex Jonesy pretty quick. Definitely the NBA has made out big time but it was only one year ago when both teams cake walked to finals
connorp Old-Timey Member Posted May 28, 2018 Posted May 28, 2018 Rozier and Brown 7 for 32 from the field, 3 for 22 from downtown... c ya Celtics
onwego Verified Member Posted May 28, 2018 Posted May 28, 2018 Both semi finals were very evenly matched this year, they had a gentleman’s agreement to let the early dominant team win each of the first 6 and give us a game 7
connorp Old-Timey Member Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 Like with the Han Solo movie, I think people have some Warrior fatigue. Ratings will prob be better if Houston wins. LeBron is like the Yankees in that you either watch him cause you like him or watch him cause you hate him, so he never gets old

connorp Old-Timey Member Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 I'm plenty sick of LeBron, believe me. He’s Mike Trout x 4. You’ll appreciate him when he’s done playing
P2F Old-Timey Member Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 He’s Mike Trout x 4. No. You’ll appreciate him when he’s done playing I do appreciate him, I just want the f***ing Raptors to have a modicum of playoff success for once.
connorp Old-Timey Member Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 Houston 1 upping the Celtics here.. 25 straight missed 3’s
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 Houston 1 upping the Celtics here.. 25 straight missed 3’s This is where Houston really misses Chris Paul.
onwego Verified Member Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 This is where Houston really misses Chris Paul. He never did a thing in a clutch game
connorp Old-Timey Member Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 What a clinic Houston obviously quit. Cheated the fans
