John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted May 2, 2017 Posted May 2, 2017 We're well on our way to one of those two. The Raptors will have to play amazing and the Cavs have to play badly for the Raptors to win this series. It just won't happen. The talent difference between the two teams is huge, despite the regular season records being close.

Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted May 2, 2017 Posted May 2, 2017 Powell is +7, Joseph +4, Tucker 0. JV is -19, DeRozan is -22.
jays_fever Old-Timey Member Posted May 2, 2017 Posted May 2, 2017 Pj tucker is better than Carroll in every aspect of the game..but gotta give Carroll his obligatory 15 minutes a game because reasons
jays_fever Old-Timey Member Posted May 2, 2017 Posted May 2, 2017 lol f***ing DeRozan..his effort on defense is just tops
Laika Community Moderator Posted May 2, 2017 Posted May 2, 2017 Funny how Casey was talking about "matching Cleveland's energy in the first quarter" and then he didn't even play Powell until like 30 seconds left
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted May 2, 2017 Posted May 2, 2017 Funny how Casey was talking about "matching Cleveland's energy in the first quarter" and then he didn't even play Powell until like 30 seconds left I loved the different looks that last unit was throwing at them. Obviously it was garbage minutes, but that's the energy and approach we need to take imo.

He can talk about about matching energy all he wants, they can't match the talent and that's all that matters.

Patterson was a sack of poo as he is most days and Carol was a no show as well. would be nice to say it can't get worse but I think it could. good thing the jays are starting to play better

Their top 3 are better than the Raps top 3 and it's even particularly close. Raps might win 1 or 2 games if they play their best basketball ever and the Cavs go cold for a night. Casey is also a slave to Carroll and Patterson, when he should be running with Tucker and Powell.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted May 3, 2017 Posted May 3, 2017 Exact same start as last time. They're just overmatched.
jays_fever Old-Timey Member Posted May 3, 2017 Posted May 3, 2017 No one is guarding out there and arguably our best perimeter defender Wright just sits
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted May 3, 2017 Posted May 3, 2017 Someone needs to tackle Channing Frye.
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 pacers were more competitive than this lol
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 derozan is shook lmao Derozan is a chump
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Oh great, that's the last thing we need is a Lowry injury.
Horses Fart Old-Timey Member Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Oh great, that's the last thing we need is a Lowry injury. No f***in odds I says.
jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted May 5, 2017 Posted May 5, 2017 If anyone wants tickets to Friday's night game let me know. Will let go at my STH price which is $350 for the pair. Send me a PM.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted May 5, 2017 Posted May 5, 2017 Just give the ball to JV on offense every time.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted May 5, 2017 Posted May 5, 2017 Powell rolls his ankle stepping on LeBron. This sweep is looking more and more like a reality.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted May 5, 2017 Posted May 5, 2017 Ibaka needs to step taking jumpers. He's killing us.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted May 5, 2017 Posted May 5, 2017 WTF? That shouldn't have been a foul at all
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted May 5, 2017 Posted May 5, 2017 WTF? That shouldn't have been a foul at all They clearly called that because LeBron complained to the ref. Bogus call.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted May 6, 2017 Posted May 6, 2017 Well, you're not going to win a lot of basketball games when you don't make your 3s and the other team does.
