TRM Verified Member Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 Holy s*** DeMar from Staten Island
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 These end of game possessions are infuriating to watch. Let's have DD, a bad ball handler, run the offense - which amounts to nothing more than an obvious turn around jumper from 15 feet with 3 on the shot clock while 4 other guys stand still and watch. Genius idea Casey. f***ing genius.

John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 The Raptors are a 55 win team with Brad Stevens. And whose man was wide open for the 3? Derozan's. f***ing clueless on D And again on the final possession, left Melo wide open for the possible game winner because he didn't switch. Missed the shot and bailed him out but man this guy is awful on defense.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 I hate that play at the end, but I love that it worked.
TRM Verified Member Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 HOW THE f*** WS CARMELO SO WIDE OPEN WTF cf
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 Whew. How the f*** do you leave Carmelo with that kind of a shot at the end????
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 Whew. How the f*** do you leave Carmelo with that kind of a shot at the end???? Derozan didn't switch on the screen.

TRM Verified Member Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 Whatever, Raps win and the Celtics are gonna lose. Life is good.
Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 I read this thread and thought the raptors lost by 50 points.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 Ibaka was completely lost. Got completely spun around. Pretty confident the go ahead 3 from Lee was all Derozan. I'll watch the game ending play again, but it looked like Derozan's man set the screen and was picked up by Ibaka, and Derozan didn't switch onto Melo. Edit. And yes, that's what happened.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 I read this thread and thought the raptors lost by 50 points. They would have if they weren't playing the Knicks. It was a the worst 1 point win you've ever seen

jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 Raptors, Golden State on the ML and Golden State/76ers under 228 points is my ticket. I'm really going out on a limb with my GS pick. Sweet.

jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 Total was 227. Nice Horseshoe was firmly up my ass with that ticket. 30$ just paid over 100$
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 Detroit -4.5 + GS/Washington over 231.5
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted March 1, 2017 Posted March 1, 2017 Detroit -4.5 + GS/Washington over 231.5 No soup for you.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 4, 2017 Posted March 4, 2017 If the team can play like this all the time...holy s***. Fantastic defense as a unit, blocking out, great passing. Delon is shining right now.
jays_fever Old-Timey Member Posted March 4, 2017 Posted March 4, 2017 Wright still makes his mind up what he's going to do before it happens He's passed up two wide open layups this half
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 4, 2017 Posted March 4, 2017 Wright still makes his mind up what he's going to do before it happens He's passed up two wide open layups this half Yeah it's something which he'll need to work on. He has the right idea but can't seem to be able to improvise very well, I think he should improve in that aspect as he plays more. I've loved his and Norm's play in this game though.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 4, 2017 Posted March 4, 2017 So Derozan just becomes a lights-out three point shooter in the clutch? I'm okay with this.
jays_fever Old-Timey Member Posted March 4, 2017 Posted March 4, 2017 Hopefully this performance by Norm will bury Carroll on the bench, but I doubt it
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted March 5, 2017 Posted March 5, 2017 Ewww... that call made no sense?
Horses Fart Old-Timey Member Posted March 5, 2017 Posted March 5, 2017 Carroll and Patterson are full of usefulness. My f***!
