dmrich28 Verified Member Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 well IF it's choice between those 3 it better be Kawasaki. But like I thought previously it really should be Melky on the DL he's going to end up costing runs soon in the OF
Chappy Community Moderator Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 Yeah man, I'd do that with Melky, he needs to rest them legs. Have a feeling it could be McGowan to the DL, guy is made of glass and has been healthy for a long time now by his standards.
TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 Have a feeling it could be McGowan to the DL, guy is made of glass and has been healthy for a long time now by his standards. Why do you keep making this post? What exactly gives credence to the idea that McGowan is injured? Nowhere has anyone said anything remotely close to that. Do you just want to see him DL'ed?

Chappy Community Moderator Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 lol........no man he was ramping up some crazy looking stuff the other night. Yeah I know, was just kidding but it seems some people take things to literally around here, lol.
TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 That is why I said I have a feeling. Yes but why do you have a feeling? Do you think he slipped in the bathtub or something? Why would he be injured? Just because he's injury prone, you'd expect him to randomly suffer an unknown injury off-stage when he was pitching in the last couple of days? Yeah I know, was just kidding but it seems some people take things to literally around here, lol. Okay I guess, it just doesn't seem like a joke when you make the same post in multiple threads.
Chappy Community Moderator Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 That being said, if this team is serious about winning, McGowan is the odd man out in that pen right now. A tough pill to swallow.

LOL. It's just a feeling nothing more nothing less. Relax, smoke some mary jane.

A tough pill to swallow. I think they could afford to lose Oliver too. He's redundant with Loup, Cecil and the Perezes. Do you know what it means when someone has a feeling? LOL. It's just a feeling nothing more nothing less. Relax, smoke some mary jane. I don't smoke.

TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 LOL, I wasn't even being serious, that's the funny part. Again, it wouldn't make a lot of sense to assume you were joking when you posted it multiple times. Maybe you just really wanted people to see your joke. lol Do you disagree?

Metallijay Verified Member Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 I was just waiting for you to call me uptight, I was so positive it was coming. I ask a guy what basis he has for feeling like a player is heading to the DL and it means I suffer tension issues. Epic logic bud. Here's a news flash though: you don't have to be a druggie to be laid back. lol, this post only proves it....I was joking about the weed.....you really got to relax.
bowld Verified Member Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 Time so start another winning streak. Lets go Jays!
TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 Yes. http://i.imgur.com/yY8kVH7.png lol, this post only proves it....I was joking about the weed.....you really got to relax. I'm relaxed, you don't need to worry about my relaxation. Tell me more about my tone over the internet though.
Chappy Community Moderator Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 Buehrle will set us back on our winning ways tonight.
GD Old-Timey Member Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 Damnit, y'all had me thinking Boni was gone when he wasn't on the lineup card. Maybe that explains your seemingly uptightness/tension issues lol. pot kettle black GO BLUE JAYS! Let's start a new streak! #DFAFatcow

Metallijay Verified Member Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 Buehrle will set us back on our winning ways tonight. Hope so...need to get back to winning after the streak was snapped, plus a division game is always important.
8D Verified Member Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 Thanks for the GDT, fatcow... but you'll only be forgiven once the Jays go on a 12-game winning streak.
blackjays21 Verified Member Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 Yes!!! we need to get back on a streak, even if that's a 4 or 5 game streak, lets try for first in our division by allstar
Metallijay Verified Member Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 derosa hitting fifth..ugly, can't wait for reyes to return.
TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 Chappy, small sample sizes are the life of a reliever. If a guy isn't doing well in the small sample size, you go with someone who is. A reliever gets between 40-80 innings a year, if you wait for too many struggling relievers to regress back to the mean, you'll end up with a terrible bullpen.

Sorrow Verified Member Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 Cabrera to the DL, Reyes activated, Perez designated or Oliver traded and Gose activated is my ideal scenario.

Were not talking about some flash in the pan here, were talking about a guy who has been one of the best LHR in baseball for several years now. It's not like he is s***ing the bed, he has been decent, but yeah lets get rid of him. Perez is a guarantee to be great after more than a decade in the minors.
