I'm always hard on rasmus but when he heats up it sure is fun. I'd like to see him put together a much longer heat streak before handing out a long term deal

The whole problem with Rasmus is streakiness. Just when you think he's finally going to put up that .270 25 HR season he goes ice cold for weeks. He can't seem to sustain it.

It's annoying to come into a series against the padres and think this should be an easy series win, but then realize were as equally bad.

You know its amazing just how bad this season has been and AA hasnt done a thing.

Not a firing. Not a shock value callup. Not a trade. NOTHING.

At first it was kind of commendable when he said I'm not panicking but there was a time when something had to be done. Not saying that it would have worked but hes essentially just let this season go down the drain.

 

No reason Thole shouldnt be up by now and cutting into JP's playing time.
