Solaxys Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 "Jason Marquis is trying to tie up Chad Jenkins with fastballs inside; Jenkins is hitting .000 on pitches in that location compared to .000 overall." - dat scout. lol.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 Kelly Crull look like a porn actress
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 But it keeps the games close! 3-0 is a lot more interesting than what it could be had a DH been hitting. I hate the DH rule. EE a defensive machine..
Cello Verified Member Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 Marquis 75 pitches, 45 strikes Jenkins 36 pitches, 24 strikes
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 12 up, 12 down!! 4IP and only 36 pitches!
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 I bet Blue jays +8.5 Blue jays -1.5 RD
kcjaysfan Verified Member Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 I just started watching the game and, at least on his two plays this inning, Encarnacion has looked pretty solid over at third. Nice throws.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 EE playing a solid 3B at the moment.
Cello Verified Member Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 Jenkins 36 pitches, 24 strikes the lowest pitch count after 4 innings by a Jays starter this season
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 Andy Ashby 76 pitches shuout, Jenkins on pace to 81 pitches
Kevin9394 Verified Member Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 Jenkins is worst than Ortiz Are you sure?
Caper Verified Member Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 EE will never be a good 3rd baseman. But I think he can be almost passable. In 2011 you could tell he was feeling the pressure and that pressure got to him. Now he don't care... he got his life set with a big contract.
kcjaysfan Verified Member Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 Has the strike zone been this large all game?
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 Not a fan of this strike zone tonight... but it has been consistent
leaffie Verified Member Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 I really wish I had the option to listen to the other teams broadcast. But I've never heard them because they don't put the Padres on tv. I get all the Braves, Dodgers, and Mariners I want though. buy mlb atbat. costs $20 per year. You get the audio for every game, and can choose either the Jays coverage or the opposition, when Jays play. Worth every penny.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 Not a fan of this strike zone tonight... but it has been consistent Consistently bad.
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 Jose just walk away.... jesus got lucky there
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 Jose just walk away.... jesus got lucky there Shut out Jose sick call
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 Yeah the Blue Jays traded Scott Rolen to Texas for Edwin.
IBTrini Verified Member Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 Jose just walk away.... jesus got lucky there I really appreciated the umpire's restraint. Other umpires would have been too trigger happy and sent him off screwing up the game.
