That doesn't sound bad, but given how the Jays have underestimated injuries this year, a 15 day DL stint seems likely. Short bench again for a few games.

People seem to forget just how f***ing horrible Edwin was at 3B.

 

Bautista is the clear option for a full time fill-in, but I dont know if Gibby will risk getting him injured again.

Lawrie is so injury prone. He runs like a cement head out of control. We better get used to the idea of him being on the DL on a regular basis. Too bad the guy has no brain, he has so much talent.

Again, the lack of fundamental skills shining through for the Jays.

 

Can't properly slide. Zero understanding of situational baseball. Also throw in that inexplicable slow-down at 2nd base yesterday when Bonifacio doubled down the RF line (he could've possibly scored).

 

This is a blessing in disguise. His glove will be missed, but it'll be refreshing to see someone with their head in the game actually playing.
