Buehrle lets the catcher call his games. Maybe it's time to try a new approach for him. If Blanco is responsible for 1 less 2 run homer, it's a boost.

I could seriously see this happening. I'm sure there are at least a few of the jays hurlers who cant stand JPA behind the plate. if we all see how horrid JPA is, the pitchers have to see it and all starters want their best chance at winning.

I don't think anyone truly believed we were going to see him. But Gose, hopefully.

Honestly though, Buehrle isn't hard to catch. He doesn't have anything that moves outrageously. And it's not like Arencibia is calling the pitches. Buehrle decides what pitch.

But he could be tired of the "calm down bro" hand gesture every time JPA can't catch a ball, and take responsiblity for it.

I am fairly confident that the SP will start rumbling privately for Blanco or Thole over the next little while if they haven't already. There is only so many times JPA can make critical errors before they get fed up and realize he is not the man for the job.
