The Blue Jays have signed 16-year-old Mexican righthander Guadalupe Chavez from Quintana Roo of the Mexican League. Chavez is a former outfielder who has developed into one of the better young pitching prospects in Mexico. He’s a good athlete with a skinny 6-foot-2, 150-pound frame and already throws up to 93 mph while flashing an above-average changeup that’s ahead of his curveball, with good pitchability for his experience level.

I would anticipate Osuna will participate in the Arizona fall league. this will get him some innings this season, maybe have him on track to start in AA next season??

The AFL is pretty much perfect for him. AA would probably depend on how he performs between now and then.

All he does is kind of hop around and posture and wait to get his ass kicked. He got arrested but he's really lucky no one landed a blow on him beforehand.

I could go with him coming up for a spot start or a couple relief appearances to get his feet wet. But that's it.
