I know you guys are blood thirsty savages and won't want to make an exception because ultimately it's still my fault and lack of responsibility. However, this is a crippling blow for a prospect of his caliber so I'd still love to try and get an exception made. Perhaps some other form of penalty? Rules are rules but it's 5 days and a decently attractive name.

It's hard to when it's been enforced against others this year already, but perhaps your being away is worth an exception. Maybe a forced waiver claim (you go from 11th to 30th in priority?)

It wouldn't be fair to GD if we did that. This has actually been discussed fairly extensively in the LOD thread.

Yeah FTD is the victim of absolutely terrible timing. Done in by an unexpected pre roster expansion callup. I don't think North did anything wrong here. Someone should be monitoring this. Would have been better to let the owners know earlier but I don't know when North became aware of it in the first place.

Haven't there been other players who have been cut under this rule? In any case, Cyborg waived Barnes without delay. I don't understand the how the mechanics of you getting him back would work. Also, I spent a good waiver pick on Barnes. That wasn't me preying on you or your players. I just manage my roster and monitor others.
