Because league settings can be different. So Daniel Norris will be P no matter what, but while one league may have P eligibility, another league may not, so Norris will appear in one database but not the other.

It is a real place. But I'm not actually from there, just put it there. I did grow up on an island though, closer to NS though than Sable. Population around 200, and can only be reached by ferry/boat.
