So I was thinking about the two sets of draft picks conundrum we have. Would an easy(ish) solution be to assign a set of rounds to the MiLB draft, and a set of rounds to the Waiver draft? Something like rounds 1-5 is the MiLB draft and 6-10 is the Waiver draft?

 

Yes I did cheat us out of a round of MiLB picks in this example, but that would be to make the numbers nice and simple when picks became static numbers rather than round-pick style. Pick 1-100 are MiLB choices, picks 101-200 are Waiver.

I'm not a fan of any of the rule changes, losing all the league records or fantrax in general so I'm out.

 

No hard feelings, just not what I signed up for, peace.

 

Is the real reason you're out your approaching rebuild? The end of a dynasty. Seems like a cowards way out.

Org has floated this idea for BORED. It has potential.

I'm disappointed SG old bud. But there has been enough turn-over in the league that I'm pretty over lobbying ppl to stay.

 

Its a shame, you are a good fantasy player.

Yeah I think more than anything he was just over the league and the message board. It's fine - just perhaps not expressed directly.

Fantrax premium services comes with depression and suicide call lines. But Boxy won't pay $4 cause he wants the competition to go away.

You still won your 3 championships in this league and nobody will take that away or erase those league records by just moving to Fantrax.

Okay, so we are definitely migrating. I think it makes sense all things considered and the league vote approved it anyway.

 

I have not turned my mind to all of the tweaks. Our migration will look similar to the one proposed by BTS in BORED but it might not be exactly the same.

 

At some point in the next couple of weeks I'll tweak our rules for Fantrax and share those. I'll also disclose all of the changes necessary under the move at that time.

 

For now, please add all of your players currently owned in Yahoo and add all of your owned prospects to your Fantrax farm. Do not add anyone you don't own in Yahoo!

Hey guys, this may have already been discussed, but can Fantrax split the Ohtanis like Yahoo?

 

Fantrax has a single players with dual eligibility. So Ohtani will be UT/SP, Lorenzen is CF/SP/RP.

 

Edit: I see that Ohtani weirdly shows up as SP only in our league. We can override his position so that he gains UT.

Can you remove the 25-man roster restriction for the time being? Due to the way the league is currently set up adds are processed as if they were at the beginning of the season so some players can't be transferred to and from the IR, so if you have over 25 players you might not be able to add them.

 

Perhaps marking the draft as complete will solve that issue.
