BTS Community Moderator Posted July 23, 2017 Posted July 23, 2017 JP Crawford finally back to a 100 wRC+ in AAA. He was at 64 when he sat out 9 days from June 11th to 19th to heal an injury.

Own him in BORED and have been following him closely since his return from injury. He is on an absolute tear. Slashing .302/.393/.613 in the last 30 days. Turns out he is still good at baseball
jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted July 23, 2017 Posted July 23, 2017 Nelson Cruz OTB. Just curious to see what type of arm I could get for him.
Laika Community Moderator Posted July 23, 2017 Author Posted July 23, 2017 Keston Hiura seems like a Mike Trout type bat to me. Feel free to quote this in 3 years.

Another month of this and the over profile at 22 in AAA looks like a clear top-10 guy again.

Laika Community Moderator Posted July 23, 2017 Author Posted July 23, 2017 I kind of want to go all-in on the next ~2 seasons. I think this is my window. Open to moving Michael Kopech and Francisco Mejia (plus anybody, including Adams, Mahle) in a big gross mega-deal.
BTS Community Moderator Posted July 23, 2017 Posted July 23, 2017 I guess with the deadline looming within a month I should make it known that I'm open to selling pretty much any vet on my MLB roster with the likely exceptions of Moustakas, Rodon, and Chris Taylor. Pieces likely to be of interest to contenders: Yonder Alonso Logan Morrison Mark Trumbo Gerardo Parra Ian Kennedy Brad Hand Mychal Givens Cam Bedrosian Kelvin Herrera

P2F Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2017 Posted July 24, 2017 Josh Donaldson Brett Gardner Howie Kendrick Francisco Liriano Brandon Maurer Matt Bowman All available. The deadline isn't far away now, and these pieces could help bolster your playoff run, contenders.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2017 Posted July 24, 2017 They've performed that well so far this year, but I wouldn't consider them top 20 bats going forward. Also if anyone is lining up to give NJH a loonie for 4 quarters, I'll give you 5. Yeah I wouldn't either, of course.
jays_fever Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2017 Posted July 24, 2017 Id be pretty interested to see what Morrison or Alonso went for
P2F Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2017 Posted July 24, 2017 To NJH: Josh Donaldson and Seranthony Dominguez To me: Francisco Mejia, Chance Adams, Nick Pivetta, 1st Rd MiLB, 3rd Rd MiLB I'm promoting Adams immediately. As an aside, I have instant seller's remorse.
Laika Community Moderator Posted July 24, 2017 Author Posted July 24, 2017 To NJH: Josh Donaldson Yes. I have done this.
P2F Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2017 Posted July 24, 2017 I hate that for P2F Hate's a strong word.
Laika Community Moderator Posted July 24, 2017 Author Posted July 24, 2017 I hate that for P2F You could just as easily have said "I love that for NJH" Why are you so scared of love, Brian?
Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2017 Posted July 24, 2017 I'm not sure Donaldson is that much of an upgrade on Longoria, plus Machado is 3B only next season. Quite the collection of 3Bs!

P2F Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2017 Posted July 24, 2017 I love my farm so f***ing much. This is getting exciting now! 2018 will likely have its fair share of growing pains, but I'm planning to seriously compete in 2019 - only this time with a much younger core.

I think he's gone into the last 2 or 3 seasons looking like he has a position crunch and always seems to come out just fine. Silvergun showed him his cock this week and NJH knew he needed to get a little extra to have a chance. I like the deal for NJH...but hope it backfires in his face as always.
Laika Community Moderator Posted July 24, 2017 Author Posted July 24, 2017 Silvergun showed him his cock this week It's not clear whose cock I was shown. Did he pants me or did he whip it out? Please clean up this metaphor.
BTS Community Moderator Posted July 24, 2017 Posted July 24, 2017 Pulled the plug on Anderson. Feels good.
The Cats Ass Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2017 Posted July 24, 2017 (edited) Bad deal for P2F. Should have probably been able to get more for a top 20 guy Edited July 24, 2017 by The Cats Ass

Although I saw your graduation pics and you added a few pounds, it's possible that you are struggling to see your own these days.
Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2017 Posted July 24, 2017 He whipped it out and you got rattled. That's my reading. I read it as Hurl showed NJH his cock but referred to himself in the second person
