Also because he walks an atrociously unacceptable ratio of hitters.

Okay Bret Sayre. He's only 21, and not like he can fix that problem.

He had it figured out last year in AA at 20 years old.

Also, good god dinger, why are you letting Gsellman continue to do this to you?

I just really hate myself, it's a form of self-flagellation.

Adrian Beltre is rounding into mid-season form. Currently spotting an OPS over 900. Someone could use him for their playoff push.

Surprised nobody has trade for him. Prime 3B, and even a very god Util bat just sitting there waiting for a new home.

Reading Apparition Scott Kingery with 2 HR last night for Lehigh Valley. I can't give this guy away though, even though he's profiling like a young Ian Kinsler. I'll be very interested to see where he lands on midseason lists.

For me, he's pretty intriguing, but I'm wary because Reading.

Cozens is a recent example of how much that park can artificially inflate the numbers. Of course, that doesn't say anything about Kingery, and he may prove himself to be legitimate.

Well, Cozens does lead the International League in HR currently, and Hoskins is 2nd. I'd say Kingery's power potential has jumped from 40 last year to at least 50 now. He could push 20 HR in the bigs some years. He's already 20/20 for the season.

I'm quite giddy to see the mid-season lists, which will be out soon. It's always fun to see where some of the pop-up guys land. A lot of those types have legitimate major league success.

For feces and jocularity, want to take a stab at where you think Kingery might rank on a list of your choosing?

Not that high, I'll guess in the 50-60 range on most lists. I do think he'll make the Top 100 on MLB, BA, and BP though.

I could see it. I'll say more in the 70-80 range for the majority. #gentsbet

I'm putting the following men on the trade block:

Brett Gardner

Brandon Maurer

Brandon Crawford

Matt Bowman

Howie Kendrick

Adrian Gonzalez

Depending on the player, I would be interested in picks, prospects (or upgrades), youth, or roster upgrades.

Send astute offers or nominate a player and we could make it an auction.

I seem to recall Boxy calling Brandon Crawford an elite shortstop, and I believe he has a need at the position. There's your buyer.

Aledmys Diaz optioned. My god that sequence of moves :(

I just don't understand what happened to him. He became a completely different hitter.
