Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted August 13, 2015 Posted August 13, 2015 TCA you haven't even responded to my email from like 2 days ago, ****. What a shocker. Now he's off again, worst trade partner in the entire league.

Laika Community Moderator Posted August 13, 2015 Author Posted August 13, 2015 Ha, if you finish a trade it's worth it. Indeed. I used to hate TCA as a trade partner but then this summer happened where I've made multiple relatively easy deals with him.
z3r0s Old-Timey Member Posted August 13, 2015 Posted August 13, 2015 I always figured I was the worst trading partner in the league... except when it comes to dealing with Dinger lol

Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 I'm looking to move Tommy Kahnle tonight. Young closer, plausible upside. I will basically take any draft pick Rd 4 or higher, first person to offer a 3rd gets him.

Upper 90's, ground ball and strike out guy (which is a great combo for Coors). I have him in all 3 leagues. I'm hoping he makes me think hard about protecting him.

Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Lol, Billy Hamilton goes 4-4 with a HR, SB, and 4 R and Yahoo doesn't even bother to update his player note.

Yep, I have no idea why Latos tried to pick him off, he was lucky Hamilton only made it to 3rd on that terrible throw. If the kid could just slash like .270/.300/.350 he would be a fantasy monster. His Yahoo rank (based on 5x5) is 68, and that's with a ghastly .230/.276/.296 line.

Yeah even with the awful AVG hes still a 5x5 beast. His 7x7 rank would probably be like 250 though.

Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Really hate the capslock filter.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Really hate the capslock filter. Same...yeah, no wonder he's a beast. I remember when Reyes was a perrenial #1 pick.
Fearthedoc Verified Member Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Same...yeah, no wonder he's a beast. I remember when Reyes was a perrenial #1 pick. I remember the good old days when it was a top 4 of: Hanley, Pujols, A-Rod, Reyes.... and Rollins was a first rounder lmao

Fearthedoc Verified Member Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Miggy? Miggy wasn't top 4 at this point in time. He was an 8-10 pick. Josh Hamilton and Grady Sizemore once went before Miggy.
BTS Community Moderator Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Joe Mauer was at one point a fantasy God.
Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Joe Mauer was the Gronk of fantasy baseball.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Joe Mauer was the Gronk of fantasy baseball. Yeah, Gronk was a beast, fell off a cliff.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Min, please make your prospect pick in the basketball league. Your clock expired a while ago.
Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Winker hit .444, drew three walks and slammed five extra-base hits in seven games this week as he continues to redeem what had been a lost season. In 44 games since the Southern League all-star game, he’s hitting .308/.400/.516 with eight homers and nine doubles.
