That's the rule in FC. I like that there is incentive to make your cuts on time, although I understand people wanting to keep their options open as long as possible. Personally, I think if you waited this long to make moves, you handcuffed yourself, but that's just me.

In the salary dynasty league I'm in, if you make mistakes or miss deadlines or over the cap, you get fined by fortifying a draft pick or something.

Harsh but fair. If you can't get excited about fantasy ball this time of yeah, then a dynasty isn't for you.
