McDavid is kind of on another level right now... last 5 games 10 goals, 6 assists and a +9. 2 of the goals were shorthanded.

Thought Murray was on schedule to start this week but there’s no talk on him returning. I’m eager to see if he gets out of the pregame warmup.

He's by far the best player in the NHL. Too bad he doesn't have some solid goaltending behind him.

Skinner has been solid, it's Campbell that sucks. But I think lots of their goaltending is more s***** defense giving up way too many grade A scoring opportunities rather than the goaltenders being actually terrible.

If the leafs have another first round exit, does Dubas make it back next season? I mean he has them set up to be a playoff team still moving forward. He's addressed perceived team weaknesses. All while keeping the high priced core together (something I did not think he would be able to manage).

 

 

Just seems to me that there is not much a new GM could do anyway. Wait until Matthews FA year if you are going to make a FO change IMO. At least that way it gives a new GM a chance to make real changes.

He should be back. He has done everything he can. Their issues are mostly related to the tendencies of their core players (too offensively slanted)
