Kings did him dirty. Played his whole career there, they're 2nd in the West, and then they trade him to the last place team. If I was Quick I just wouldn't bother reporting to Columbus, call it a short season. He's only scheduled to make $670K more this season, and it's the last year of his 10 year contract.

They are a significantly better team with Korpisalo and Copley dressing.

 

Quick has actually been bad for like 5 years and LA has been very gracious to let him continue to try to play goalie in his mid/late 30s. It's too much to say that they need to let him be a mascot in uniform all the way through a playoff run this year...
