I don't think anyone thought they would get this far into it but they do have a pretty decent team. They made a few pickups that are working out for them big time.

I kind of get it. Crosby is not getting traded, and Malkin is probably also a Penguins lifer, so they're going to run the ship into the ground until those two are finished. It's the NHL, so he might get lucky and win another Cup with a mediocre team.
