    Manoah has no plus pitches at this point. He also does not have good command. He is the next Ricky Romero. Silver lining: Manoah will become a good example of players refusing to sign long-term extensions and having that backfire spectacularly. MLB teams might have better success locking up young pieces.

    Not just today. This has been happening since ST. I kept calling it out and people told me to relax because it is just ST. They practiced sucking at baserunning in ST and they are doing just that in real games.

    Silver lining, Bassitt required very few pitches to serve up home run derby pitches to the Cardinals. He was efficient.

    He was throwing 96 and 97 in relief during spring training. It changed my view on him. I think he is good prospect now.

    On the bright side, unlike Berrios, Bassitt will be off our books in 3 years only.
