    Well, not exactly a proven MLB track record as a reliever but if it works that would be a huge addition to the bullpen. Now go get Kimbrel FFS. Kimbrel Romano Merryweather (if he's not dead) Pearson Cimber Richards Borucki Mayza Saucedo Looks like a pretty strong bullpen on paper.

    Yes in 2019 he tried to make a swing change and it didn't work at all. He had a hige 2018 with a 190 wRC+ in A ball and then after being promoted to high A put up 127 wRC+ Went to AA in 2019 with an altered swing and his K rates ballooned and his wRC+ dropped to 94.

    Man, Kevin Smith at 25 years old with his first crack at AAA and a 149 wRC+ is no joke is he? 12.5% BB rate, 24.3% K rate, and a .298 ISO are all good signs too. Not a flash in the pan either really, it's been more good than bad all the way up the ladder too. Speed, power, glove. I hope we get a look at him soon.

    More and more I find myself not wanting the Jays to trade any of Kirk, Moreno, Martin, Groshans or Martinez. Let them work their way up and onto the MLB roster over the next 1-2 seasons. There is room for all of them if they make it IMO. Also not wanting to see them give up any significant assets for short term rentals. One guy I want to see them get is definitely Kimbrel as he is a beast, would be here for next season too and his contract could make him cheaper to acquire possibly. I don't know how badly the Jays want to spend $16 million on a reliever though. They certainly haven't spent big on the bullpen yet during their tenure.

    Rays lost to the Orioles. Hopefully the A's lose to the Angels too, then the damage is at least kept to a minimum.

    Fitz Stadler pitched 2 innings today, struck out 5 against 1 walk and no hits or runs. He got his face caved in the first three games he pitched this season, but he's been really solid ever since. After his first 3 games: 25 IP, 40 K's, 17 walks, 1.90 ERA, 3.70 FIP 24 years old pitching at AA Might be something?

    Gallo played 72 games at 3B in 2017 That's somewhat intriguing. It was a while ago, but like you said, he can't be worse than Biggio really.

    Gallo would be a great add. A left handed power bat who is also decent in the field too. Gurriel, Jansen and a top 10 prospect? I wonder if the FO would have any reservations moving any of these young core players? They all seem so tight with each other.

    Nice to see Orelvis heating up. Next up hopefully we see Groshans and Martin start to light up AA in the same way. Seems like they are just getting by for now, which is fine, but it'd be nice to see them start tearing it up.

    Orelvis collected another double, he finished 4 for 5 with a HR, two 2B and two walks. OPS up to .906 now.

    Haha I guess I missed the mark. How about Groshans instead of Smith in trade 2 and Pearson instead of Kloff in trade 3? Closer? I don't mind giving up some solid prospects, Berrios, Ramirez, Rogers and Kimbrel all help this year and next year at a minimum. They'd be huge adds. Plus adding Cruz blows up out offense and keeps him away from competitors for a wild card spot.
