    Ya that would be just crazy. Now we did give Jansen the green light on 3-0 counts before too so it does seem like everyone does have it. Just comes down to the players personal preference if they want to swing at a 3-0 ball. We've seen enough Home Runs on those counts so gotta take the good with the bas.

    If we put him on the DL every time he looked like that, he'd have played 25% of the total games for us lol. Never thought he was made out of plastic when we got him from Houston.

    Probably an untalked part about all this is how this story might be effecting Bo's hitting. He has really struggled at the plate since moving to the 4 spot.

    Agreed... I just didn't wanna drop Bo that low in the order so fast. If he continued to suck then for sure.

    Also... this might be the first time in Bo's entire life that he's batted lower than 4th in a real game. Hopefully this lights a fire to turn his game around like we all know he's capable of.

    Agreed about liking Gurriel at leadoff. Obviously you can't move a guy like Springer off that spot unless he struggles for a super long stretch. My ideal lineup based on current performance looks like the following: Springer Vladdy Gurriel Kirk Teo Bo Chapman Merrifield Biggio/Espinal/Tapia

    Dude... I've been saying this for a month. Bo is untouchable in terms of moving around. He's not allowed to bat lower than 4th nor is he ever allowed to be moved off SS even for an inning.

    Beta Atkins probably told them it was fine to take their time and meet them in Minny. Just like he's telling Merrifield it's OK if he doesn't want to get the vaccination and just play road games lol.

    Now how many of those outings were during meaningful situations? There's a reason why he was in AAA and that's because he's only been useful for mop up duties for his career.

    Taking out Kikuchi for Thorton is just idiotic. The whole 3rd time through the order makes sense if you actually have a good arm coming in... not a guy you plan to send back to the minors tomorrow.
