    Not sure, but I remember Passan earlier this offseason saying that he fully expects the Dodgers to have one of those guys, whether thats re-signing Seager or signing one of the other big names. So I guess they'll have the budget. I want to say it was also Passan who speculated that the Giants and Tigers could also be players for one of those guys, but that could've been someone else.
