I'm in the same boat regarding enthusiasm for retaining Bieber. The stuff looks decent but he has a pretty small margin of error when his command is faltering. Perhaps with a healthy offseason the command will return to prior levels though. If offseason funds allow both of Bieber and a top of the rotation arm to be acquired then go for it, but I think there are higher upside arms available for the rotation that should be primary targets ahead of Bieber.
