    I've decided to give up my team in BORED (20 team H2H) due to a much busier work schedule. I inherited a great group from Cyborg a couple years ago and struck gold on some trades for young talent - whoever takes over this team will have a great young core to build around and should be a couple pitching additions away from having one of the best teams in the league.     Blue Jays minor league righty Luis Quinones received an 80-game suspension after testing positive for the performance-enhancing drugs Nandrolone, John Lott of The Athletic reports. The ban will take effect at the beginning of the 2020 season. The 21-year-old Quinones was a 34th-round pick of the Jays this past June who produced stellar results in 36 2/3 innings between the rookie and low-A levels.
