    So Waguespack has sucked as a starter at Buffalo so I guess that he'll be tried as a reliever here. It made me look up Aaron Loup - didn't realise he was still with the Padres, he's just on the IL.

    IMO the Bucks had a better chance than the Raptors, but that's probably influenced by the Bucks beating the Warriors easily in Oakland in the only game I went to this season haha.

    That play is more like what we were all worried about - Vlad looked that a fat mess trying to field that. Give him the benefit of the doubt though, he’s still learning.

    We have few outfield prospects, he is quite good and with a few adjustments could be good, and the contract was relatively cheap. FWIW I disagreed with giving him an extension, but even if it turns out to be a mistake, it isn’t an unforgivable one.

    The Orioles don’t have anyone as good as Vlad, Stroman or Giles.

    You know it’s a bad season when GDT’s devolve into pointless arguments! Differences between military time and 24 hour time “Military time is very similar to 24 hour time, but there are 2 differences between military time setting and 24 hour time setting. Military time uses a leading zero and doesn't have a colon, while 24 hour time uses a colon but not a leading zero. ... 8 PM would be 2000 (military) and 20:00 (24 hour).”

    Ok results don’t matter much but if Edwin can’t be an innings eater then there is no point in him being here as he has zero trade value.

    And our only 3 batters at over 0.2 WAR are Sogard (who will likely regress and become a dfa candidate), Smoak (who is going to be traded), and Galvis (who I wouldn’t be surprised to see him traded).
