  1. Definitely. Arguably Giles would be more valuable to a contender than Stroman. He’ll be one of the top available assets, so settling for anything less than a fantastic return would be unforgivable.
  2. Shatkins taking the overally cautious approach again! /s
  3. You mean move Galvis to the utility infield role that Drury is doing right? Biggio starting every day is more important than trying to keep Galvis’ trade value up.
  4. As awful as Drury is, he still has an option left. With trades expected to open up space on the 40 man doubt we see him dfa this season when we can just send him to AAA.
  5. It’s a very different sport to men’s football. And a bit like NBA vs WNBA, the strength and athleticism is miles behind even before you take into account the much lower potential player pool.
  6. Sorry mate, I have no interest in women’s football. I don’t even know who won, haha.
  7. Dinger is completely in the wrong too, smh.
  8. If the Mets are still paying Bonilla, then that suggests not.
  9. There is zero chance Shatkins would even consider it.
  10. Yeah we didn’t pay off Martin and Tulo only to handcuff us to this size of a contract: http://i.imgur.com/mb84JUJ.jpg
  11. f***ing hell http://i.imgur.com/ejvvhwY.jpg
  12. This is the end of their season. They just lost 3 in a row to the A’s (a wildcard rival) and their best starter has died tragically. There’s no coming back from that.
  13. Just 27 years old. Last started a games 2 days ago.
  14. That scenario works if he signs with the Clippers too.
  15. Iguodala is the perfect buy out candidate so even if he has to wait until late in the season he’ll end up on the Lakers or another playoff team.
  16. That was a crazy day! The Warriors trading for Russell was arguably the biggest surprise. Quite a good day for the Raptors IMO. Bucks lose Brogdan, 76’ers lose Butler, Celtics didn’t get a superstar (though Walker is a good replacement for Irving), the Nets are a year away (if it works at all for them). Whichever team of the Lakers, Clippers or Raptors get Kawhi will be in a great position.
  17. There should have been one more though!
