    Deck McGuire didn't throw hard. The only thing similar about them is height. Body shape and stuff is completely different. So no. In no way do I think of Deck McGuire.

    Rays are such a good organization they must have been thrilled when someone was willing to take Montoyo away from them.

    It means he throws hard Gruber. Who cares if a guy throws 4 or 5 pitches if they all suck. He also throws a change. I will take a guy with 2 elite pitches over a guy with 4 average ones. Especially when he can add an average change.

    Well the difference between this guy and Jenkins and McGuire picks right away this guy is a stuff guy and hits high 90’s. I don’t think that’s a fair or good comparison just because hes big and chubby.
