  1. He hasn’t been playing Second Base very long. Would like to see how he can improve over a full off-season and Spring Training before they decide if he can stick at Second or not. It’s crazy the power he’s tapped into under Matt Hauge.
  2. Crazy that Sale is still this dominant at 35 after all the injuries.
  3. You know when I said fire him into the sun I wasn't suggesting release him. Please tell me you understand that. That trade in general certainly looks much better in Year 2. The same Yimi Garcia that has been terrible for Seattle? Moving on from his option would have had zero negative impact on this team whatsoever. And Alan Roden hasn't earned callup? You know the 24-year old OF prospect. Not the 30-year old journey man Lukes who is 10-20 since the call so good for him?
  4. Did they use have another username? I genuinely don’t remember interacting with them previously.
  5. Let me make this very clear so we have no confusion. I’m very happy with what Varsho is currently doing. He plays a premium CF and hits for enough extra base power which more than warrants his everyday job in CF. Which he should be in CF as much as humanly possibly. He’s easily the best Outfielder currently in the sport. Minor complaint is I don’t like him hitting second. Can live with while he’s hot. Nitpicking complaint is watching him hit can be utterly painful but this is objective. Anything else we can clear up?
  6. You certainly sound angry. He’s not a good hitter but at the bottom of the lineup with his power and base running and great defense he’s certainly an asset. Saying his AB’s are frustrating is not whiny its an observation. I actually think he has more in the tank but swings at awful pitches.
  7. Peaks and valleys. Your anger justifies nothing.
  8. Still have absolutely no idea who you are. I was annoyed when he was LF and they were getting 0 Offense from the OF. I am thrilled he’s playing CF now. Should still be in the bottom third of the lineup. He’s absolutely dog s*** as a hitter but he will hit some Homeruns and play incredible defense.
  9. Do I know you lol? I have never seen you post here one time. Never said PED’s aren’t effective. They certainly are for muscle growth and recovery. My point was done crucify the kid for a positive test. Especially when he wasn’t linked to anything actually performance enhancing. Lastly MLB needs to do a much better job outlining this and protecting its players.
  10. Dudes already given up more hits than Bowden Francis did in August.
  11. I know it’s early but I think the Astros royally f***ed not giving Will Wagner a chance.
  12. He has been much better. But he has some of the worst AB’s I have seen in my life. And we were subjected to Kevin Pillar and JP Arencibia.
  13. Watching Daulton Varsho AB’s actively depress me.
  14. Chapman's extension was pretty jaw dropping. He's a good player but he's not making 25 million until he's 38 good. His offense is just way too inconsistent to make that kind of gamble.
  15. Not once did I say they should legalize them. I said people shouldn't overact to them. You could literally go to a GNC or Popeye's Supplements and get something recommended to you that is banned by MLB. Have you ever even looked at the banned supplement list? It's absurd.
  16. Bit of an extreme reaction lol. He's still one of the best prospects in the system. His PED suspension should not impact anything about his future outside of the obvious development time he missed. Still think 80 games is insane for supplements that are just so commonly used by adults nowadays. Most men over 50 that can afford it are getting testosterone replacement therapy that's just restoring their quality of life. PED's aren't the boogey man they use to be. Atleast they shouldn't be. There is zero PED's on the markets that are going to help you hit a Baseball.
  17. I was fine with it when he got hot for a bit. But he should be in the bottom 3 otherwise. Seems that they like having a lefty in the 2-hole though. Probably should put Wagner up there.
  18. I would certainly hope so. I mean I wouldn't hate having Jansen back. But I don't really think Kirk will hold up as a Starting catcher. As good as he is at all the little things.
  19. I just don't see it personally. I don't think any team is signing Jansen to be their starting catcher with both his injury history and coming off one of his worst statistical season. He will come at a fairly discounted price but I would imagine he would go somewhere he will play more rather than being a tandem again with Kirk.
  20. I don't understand why people think Jansen will be expensive. He's having his worst Season in 4 years. His OPS is currently .653 for the season and he doesn't bring anything defensively that is notable so if were passing on him its we want a better Catcher not because hes expensive lol.
  21. Benching Wagner after a 5-hit game is inexplicable.
  22. Jays will end with Gregory Soto and Mason Fluharty don’t worry!
  23. I hope they are aiming a lot higher than Lukes for that role. Especially when they employee several OF’s that already can’t hit.
  24. 100 percent. He’s been done for awhile. Great run for awhile though.
  25. Twins got to be absolutely thrilled to have Pablo Lopez signed to the deal they do. Great piece of business for them.
