    Varland really wants to start. Obviously he won’t with us this year. But maybe this juices him up a little bit.

    I mean have you watched him play recently? Playing Santander in LF is a massive mistake. He plummets the defense. He can't be anything other than a DH or PH.

    This is also my thought. Its the first thing I thought of as well. Not him legit being hurt but needing to get another arm on the roster for a "Bullpen day". He didn't look very hurt last night. His feelings looked hurt but he didn't look hurt physically. If him pitching injured because he always wants to take the ball every 5 days and this actually gets him healthy agian for next Season everyone here would be ecstatic. I just don't personally think thats the case.

    I am only assuming that because he didn't look happy to be in the Bullpen or coming out of the Bullpen. If he is actually injured thats fine but I think the relationship took a big hit when they took him out of the rotation.

    Berrios with a phantom IL stint. Think that’s the end of his Blue Jays career. His body language last night was very telling. It will likely result in the Jays eating a lot of money to send him elsewhere.

    Each team has 4 games left. Just gotta match what the Yankees do and we win the East. They made it as difficult as they possibly can but just gotta find a way to win tomorrow.

    Max is fine. Literally nobody is coming out of the bullpen to save the day.

    Crazy that Trey Yesavage wasn't even a lock to pitch in September. And now he might be the third best option behind Gausman and Bieber.

    In fairness the Jays put themselves in this position. They really only needed to go .500 the final 12 games of the Season. And they are currently 2-5 on that strech which opened everything up again.

    Max just needs to bare down give us 5 or 6 innings. Just keep it close.

    Varsho would only hit second vs right-handers. Where he is sporting .894 OPS. Yea I would love to have him hitting second.

    I don't know why they would need a Bullpen day at all. They can just literally start Berrios.

    He's not. If you have seen his bald head you would see how imperfect he really is.

    I don't even think Max's stuff looks bad. It's location.

    Yes just make sure you don’t wait and contact them right away because many others probably already have. They will send emails to let you know what events are going on in your area. But you should be also be able to get yourself on a contact list for sports tickets when they become available. I don’t remember what I did exactly but I get them pretty commonly. I would imagine they get to reserve a certain amount of tickets but its a limited amount so if you want them you kind of have to jump on it.

    Nothing wrong with being frustrated. I am frustrated. But to declare its over before we even played the game yet is crazy.

    But even if we do we still have the tiebreaker. Kind of just have to take it one day at a time. Push comes to shove they still made the playoffs. They will need to play their best Baseball in October to win the World Series regardless of who they play and what route it takes to get there. I want the division title as much as anyone else. But like were in the playoffs. Lets try to remember that and enjoy it a little bit. Growing up I watched this team miss the playoffs every year from 1994-2015. Jays still have a chance to secure the division hopefully it happens.

    Hopefully he's solid. Crochet is due for a bad outing. Maybe he gets ass blasted tomorrow.

    I just think people being doomers is not productive right now. Pitching matchup is not great on paper. But Max has performed well in plenty big moments in his career. Anyone can be beaten on any given night.

    Crochet is insane but the Jays can beat him. Max will need to be solid tomorrow but he's not the second coming of Christ lol.
