Some team will give him a lot of money this off-season as well. He's a unique player. Obviously being able to steal 30 bases with one of the slowest sprint speeds in Baseball is an interesting talent.

Can we not pretend like Kirby was throwing anything like Skubal lol. Kirby was good. Skubal was the best pitcher on the planet.

With Skubal's level of dominance and mostly the reason your even in this situation. You have to ride him as long as you can. Atleast until someone puts a good swing on him. Having that kind of Ace I don't know how you take him out. His last pitch was literally 101.

Also if Dan Wilson leaves Kirby in. Lets him face a guy who is 6-6 off him and goes deep. He never hears the end of it either. He made statistically the right move.

Weirdo… No flying to the North West is fatiguing. Especially when you have to fly back directly back East after a game. It’s a minor factor but not an insignificant one.
