    This is a very good point! I feel, everyone should view Gibby through this lens. He's got the intangibles on point and is wide-open to new knowledge, it seems, so keep him as long as you can.

    4 of the hits coming with 2 strikes says some of the blame is on him. He's leaving a lot of sliders up and is missing when Posey calls the high 4SM.

    That's possible. Tellez is younger though, and could be up in 2-3 months if he smashes AAA, and Smoak bombs (this is likely). That said, if the Astros are dumb enough to buy into the small sample size and sell Reed for cheap, then sure, I'll gladly take him.

    The Napoleon complex is so off-putting. That said, it's hard not to get consumed by media as an athlete.

    If Tellez continues to adjust successfully at each level, he could speed that process up to 2-3 months, we can hope.
