Started on January 15th, but with the Jays waiting on Roki no announcements have been made. I'm guessing Blanco, and the others, will start getting announced (plus whoever they splurge on with the extra $2m in space).

How much extra money could they really find? In the grand scheme, it's peanuts compared to what he'll eventually sign for. What logical reason would there be for Roki to sign with Toronto rather than the Dodgers?

This is a superstar driven league. You need superstars to win. Raps will never sign one...maaybe they can trade for one. Best chance for them is to draft one. This is the year to do that. Let's say they scrape into the play-in. They're going nowhere. NOWHERE. They're in 'add talent' mode.
