I hope he's eating, sleeping, making some time for family and leisure and watching his coaches doing their jobs, because those are important.
I can't believe there's anybody that really believes the net effect of a manager's job is critical, in this day and age especially. I believe in veteran presence more than I believe in that and I only slightly believe in veteran presence.
But ultimately it's subjective so, whatever.
Bottom line: I don't really care if our manager gets fired or not, that's the least of my concerns.
