    There is potential for a game to determine a 2nd wildcard position which if the Jays had 1st place tied up would amount for 3 days rest for the pitching staff?.....The starting pitcher would be a tough call and could see Happ which I am good with.

    Jays 7/12 in Sept. with a small glimmer of hope in Seattle of improvement. More probable that there is a tie for 2nd WC spot than 1st place. All three AL WC spots predicted within 1 at finish unless someone stumbles.......At least the Jays aren't playing the Rays....

    Any combination of wins for Boston plus the losses for the Jays that equal 8 and the SUX clinch.......everyone is hoping that doesn't happen before the Jays sweep Boston at Fenway ...that's as positive as I can be.....

    Boston and Toronto are 8 and 8 so far this season. Boston's number to clinch the division is 8. Buchholz vs Jimenez tonight Price vs Tillman tomorrow......

    The difference in the Jays playoff odds from yesterday have gone up 11.4% because of this last win.......however the same odds makers took the jays to destroy the Angels...

    That clown's team is in post season already and the Jays are trying to hold onto a WC spot......I think a Blue Jays shirt with his name on the back would be so fitting........

    I am not to certain that Rogers cares to much about the Jays fan base or its revenue. Last nights broadcast would indicate otherwise in that they are hedging their bet on hockey, with 5 channels of coverage for the world series of nothing, and 1 channel had complete coverage of the Jays run for a post season position. The fan base that showed up last night for the Jays beat anything I have seen in the past in Seattle which by the way has always been good. I would like to know the televised audience numbers of the hockey game vs the baseball game.........I think those numbers would indicate if they actually knew what they are doing........

    The implosion continues. Even Rogers sees the writing on the wall by broadcasting 5 channels of puck chasing and one of the Jays......

    I think this leadership/club house issue is right on the money. There are some big personalities on this club and their relationship with each other is questionable.....

    Scioscia called a great game from the bench and didn't rely on the long ball which unfortunately made for a win for the angels and a frustrating game for the Jays....
