  1. Some great approaches against this monster
  2. That's a vintage Kevin Pillar diving catch
  3. Bautista reminds me of Antonio Alfonseca
  4. We're going to miss Chapman's D next year
  5. 2B tagging him lightly to record the out was a classy move.
  6. When you slam on the brakes like that the thing you worry about is the ACL. Good news is that he probably wouldn't be walking off if it was torn.
  7. Nothing egregious from Schneider today. Pinch running Kirk was debatable. Pitching Yimi yesterday was debatable since today is his 3rd day in a row. Not pinch hitting Biggio was the only puzzling move unless Belt isn't 100%.
  8. Merrifield is seeing the ball really well
  9. They only pitch to Guerrero if there's a runner on 1st
  10. Angels attended to the Guillermo Martinez school of execution I see.
  11. I hope management learns something from this start.
  12. I would ask for a top 100 pitching prospect :3
  13. I am completely serious
  14. If the score is 1-0 and Kikuchi is pitching a perfect game instead of just a regular gem, do you still pull him third time through the order? That's the question you need to answer if you really believe in what you're doing.
  15. All of the flaws of this team feed into each other. The bullpen is short one elite setup guy. Obsessing over third time through the order fries the setup guys that we do have. And the biggest problem is the offense not scoring enough runs to give the leverage guys a break. Our individual hitters are decent but we don't have a lot of power. We need to score playing small ball but we constantly run into outs and GIDPs. Our hitters can't even execute basic things like advancing runners from 2nd. Our top priority should be acquiring a legitimate lefty masher and praying the rest of the offense wakes up.
  16. Schneider has made a lot of good moves today. He manages best when half his bullpen is down lol
  17. If Merrifield's spot comes up again it means that we're destroying them and it won't matter.
  18. Varsho sub for Merrifield is 100% the right move here
  19. Professional ABs by Kiermaier all night.
  20. Need to see what's up with his control. He was dirt cheap for a reason.
