  1. Easy with all that logic and rational there Spanky.
  2. Oh good point. AA deserved a lot of credit for providing Collabello with steriods that year and getting the only productive season of his career out of Goins (who was our starter - not a bench piece). He also traded Valencia mid season because he was a massive **** and Revere was the starting LFer after the trade.
  3. What would that term and cost be? Seems doubtful he'd sign a 1-2 year extension and will be entering his age 34 season next year.
  4. You are firmly atop Mount Stupid sir. Enjoy the view.
  5. There's a reason KK was available on a 1 year $9M deal. Unfortunately, there's little doubt in my mind you'll understand that better in the 2nd half of this season.
  6. 2022 All-Star Santiago Espinal?

I would have approved this also. Guy is a loser.
  8. 2023 is the deepest bench and bullpen this team has had in 20+ years.
  9. Then what is the point of making a list that just shows all the "misses"? It's an incomplete way to evaluate and look at the GM. Rational posters understand that too right?
  10. Who's the best GM? Don't you think you could take that GM and make a list of all his failures too?
  11. He really should have been fired after he f***ed up the Jaime Garcia contract...
  12. Oh you poor soul. I hope you survive.
  13. Who said they were?
  14. What's your point? It was a HORRENDOUS trade. I would have been like us trading Vlad for Anthony Bass
  15. Payroll doesn't win championships. This team f***ing blows. If you want to watch winning baseball - go buy a new hat and cheer for another team.
  16. The Dodgers traded away Yordan Alvarez for Josh Fields. Even the best teams make mistakes. Stop acting like they don't please.
  17. Watch what you say about this. Those home run derbies with his buddies in the DR before the season sure got him prepared this year.
  18. I said teenagers and guys in their early 20's. I didn't realize I needed to clarify I wasn't referring to 13 year olds. I will do better next time. Lots of young guys in my office rocking mustaches now on a full time basis.
  19. Varsho's been more valuable than Vlad so far this year. That's about all you need to know about that lazy POS.
  20. How were the riots? That was an incredible game last night. I'm so excited for Murray and Jokic + the rest of the Denver team. They were so much fun to watch. Jokic is such a unique and unorthodox player. Kudos to him for sticking it to the NBA after getting shafted on his 3rd straight MVP award - he just goes and wins the Championship MVP instead.
  21. This is looking a bit too realistic for my liking. I was really hoping my boys would get to see the Jays win the World Series when they were young (like I did) and that would cement their love for the team/game. That just seems quite unlikely at this time, as it appears we've pissed away the opportunity we had. At least I got them to some playoff games along the way.
  22. yep - fire him now!
  23. Yeah - I think everyone knew FVV would decline his option. Raps still can give him more than anyone else, so a sign and trade is a possibility. That said, I thought the Raps should have dealt him a year or 2 ago. I wouldn't be betting on his body holding up much longer. Amazing story and a complete bulldog for this franchise, but the ride is over.
  24. This seems to be the new look for teenagers and guys in their early 20's.
  25. I do wonder if the Jays had to s*** or get off the pot with White. His allowable rehab time in AAA had come to an end, and they cited another injury (arm fatigue maybe?), which perhaps bought them more time to leave him in AAA. They may have caught some flack over that and were required to make a move with him? No matter how s***** he was in AAA, he's under control until 2027 and thus simply wasn't an asset the Jays were going to let go. Certainly not over a 35 year old, s***** reliever who's a FA at the end of the year.
