  1. Because Farrell is one of the worst managers in baseball.
  2. Farrell going through the same motions with Buckhholz as he did with Romero.
  3. Buckhholz is garbage. He has gone full out Ricky Romero. Hope they get into that tired Sox bullpen early.
  4. Orioles hangout is as uneducated of a fanbase as you will see. I didn't read much whining about Bautista but rather their comments about Gibby were as ignorant as you could get. Saying stuff like he strikes me as a guy in over his head, he learned to manage from reading Managers for Dummies, he just copies other managers etc. The ironic thing is in out of the 6 games we have played to date by far the most egregious move I have seen from a manager was Buck matching up O'Day to face Bautista.
  5. Glad to be out of Baltimore. Umps were atrocious all series.
  6. I finally figured out why O'Day pitches like he has something up his ass. It's the baseball bat of Jose Bautista F Yeah Joey Bats!
  7. Up to a 7 MPH drop in his fastball. I remember him throwing 98 topping out at a 100 in the bullpen. He needs to make some adjustments that is for sure.
  8. There are going to be game like this. If we continue to see the Jays play 4 out of 5 games like they have so far we will be in fine shape this year.
  9. Small sample here folks. There will be games like this. Don't get down out of one bad game out of 5.
  10. That is a massive advantage for a hitters concentration.
  11. Likeable team is likeable. I have been super impressed! Jays finally have some smart, talented and composed young players to fit in with the core. Devon Travis is having some amazing at bats. He is a tough out at the bottom of the lineup. Been blown away by him so far. Same with Castro. Osuna too. Pompey looking like an improvement over Rasmus. Norris looking very good as well. Can't say I remember a team I like as much as this one.
  12. Dickey had his best opening start as Blue Jay. 1 run in 6.1. Tell me what Dickey did with JP and Thole catching in that same sample size?\ If you did you wouldn't want Thole catching him either....and that's the point correct? Thole over Martin.
  13. Game Calling Framing Situational Hitting OBP Catcher Defense Clutch Clubhouse Presents
  14. That was a kick ass start to the season and the team did it without leaning on The GOAT or Donaldson for offensive production. What I found out so quickly watching is how likeable this team with the additions of Martin, Donaldson, Travis and Pompey and young arms like Castro. What a difference than watching teams that sported the likes of Lind, Rasmus, Gose, Lawrie and Arencibia.
  15. Buchholz was a cross of Drabek and Romero last year. He was just flat out awful. You know when you s*** the bed when you start drawing lines on the front of the mound to keep your mechanics in check.
  16. Career: -0.3WAR, 5.80BB/9, 4.92xFIP He actually might be worse than Arencibia at their respective positions. That's what is funny about all this. This guy was an ultimate bust. Even if he gets it together physically, there seems to be something just not right upstairs with the guy IMO like Romero.
  17. Exactly. Getting rid of a player with a negative WAR for it's career should be at the top of that who cares column.
  18. Drabek is garbage. He was like Arencibia type bad but as a pitcher and had the mindset of Ricky Romero.
  19. I'm liking Smoaks defense thus far. Cervelli showing he is damn good at framing/receiving the ball.
  20. You're an idiot. But it didn't take your response to tell me that anyways. Totally uneducated on the subject of backs that's for sure. No I am not overweight.
  21. I have been Adam Lind's BIGGEST detractor on here. No surprise. I suffer from chronic lower back issues. It never heals. Ironically mine flared up within the past few hours. I can't straighten my back or even sit down for 5 minutes. I will say this once again. Adam Lind off this roster was one of the great AA moves from last year.
