  1. 170 Qualified batters in June. Mr. Vlad is sitting 163rd with a wRC+ of 54. and somehow Jarren Duran has a wRC+ of 7 in June lol.
  2. If we can get a similar start from Yesavage like last time when the bp was taxed, it'd be nice.
  3. Why are all 3 games at 2:20pm this week in Chicago?
  4. Not sure if you're watching, but he was toast last inning. A fresh arm was needed.
  5. I'm no f***ing manager but the writing was on the wall last inning.
  6. I don't know why he went back out... He was getting smoked last inning. Two bombs foul, a liner to right, a hard shot down the line....
  7. I think a positional player could probably get through this Sox line up. knocks on wood
  8. Got through 7 that's fantastic though. We really needed that.
  9. That run was destined to happen. He's been getting hit hard this inning.
  10. Yeah and he's gone back to his grounders for the next 30 days.
  11. Nice win, sucks having to burn through the bp against teams like the Sox though. We need a deep game by Yesavage before going to Chicago tomorrow.
  12. Yimi Garcia Garcia pitched on Tuesday for the Bisons. He struck out all three batters he faced, his fastball sat 94.4 m.p.h., topped out at 96.6 m.p.h. and Charlotte Knights hitters whiffed on all five swings against him.
  13. Sorry to be that guy, but popping off in the postseason can only happen if we make the postseason.
  14. Yimi hasn't really pitched in over a year. With no Spring Training and no ramping up, just be thankful his arm didn't fall off in game 1. If he can even get back to his former strength it's going to take time but I can't imagine he's slotting right in to high leverage anytime soon. Still might be more lucky than Hoffman tho.
  15. Relax, he's going to hit 100 bombs* *over the next 14 years.
  16. Mad respect for Scherzer, hopefully he'll find some old magic in the arm. I'm a bit older than him and need a rehab assignment every morning before I can walk downstairs.
