  1. I remember there were multiple times he would come in and get a weak groundball only for it to be perfectly rolled down the 3rd base line. Remarkable really how bad his luck was.
  2. You're an atrocious person in real life who's a drunk that comes on here and spam posts at 3AM night after night. Hope you enjoy the life you live.
  3. Are you f***ed? I've stated many times I think the Blue Jays are going to be really good this year. I said that post in reference to the people saying they want the bluejays to trade Bautista and Edwin because they will get more long term value out of it.
  4. Thanks. Was wondering when you'd notice. Surprised it only took you 3 quotes this time.
  5. Shapiro added that the Blue Jays do not have a set payroll beyond the 2016 season and a lot of that will depend on how the club does and how much revenue it generates. It's a similar message to the one former president Paul Beeston often preached during his second tenure with the club. "I think a lot of that is going to be dependent on how we do this year and how we perform as a business unit as well," Shapiro said of payroll. "It is a business. Like any business, we've got to increase revenue and grow revenue to increase expenses, and the expenses are player payroll when it comes to a Major League team. If we have a great year this year, that's certainly going to afford us the ability to grow player payroll and player expenses." http://m.mlb.com/news/article/159282146/blue-jays-president-mark-shapiro-talks-payroll Hopefully now can stop quoting the same post 3 times saying its wrong and horseshit. Quit drinking so much..
  6. holy f*** so you are saying that I'm wrong in saying if the jays have a bad year payroll goes down and if they make the postseason payroll goes up?
  7. Did you not read what I said. I said if the jays sell at the deadline and they finish below .500...
  8. common f***in sense. Rogers is a publicly traded company and everyone around the team including Shapiro has said Payroll will depend on how the team does this season...
  9. Gotta get to that dinner reservation...
  10. Anyone else's MLBTV a f***in mess right now?
  11. It think it can just as easily be a complete tire fire. Lots of super old guys.
  12. He's not even the top guy on my board.
  13. Thats a solid group. A 1st round pick gets you a really good player and top 10 is elite.
  14. In terms of batting order switch Pillar with Saunders and that would be what I would go into the season with. Obviously EE would be in there batting 4th too.
  15. Apparently the Jays offered Edwin 2 years. http://www.sportsnet.ca/baseball/mlb/early-spring-games-offer-valuable-hints-major-blue-jays-questions/
  16. Can we not give this old white man any more attention? He's just trying to get more clicks at this point.
  17. Definitely not the time to sign EE right now, especially if he's going to be on the DL to start the season.
  18. Is Edwin going to accept a trade to play 1st base in the NL though?
  19. I think a better indicator for the Jays would be Vegas who has them at around 87 wins. Those FG projections really underrate the Blue Jays defense. Also don't take into account Dickey and Estrada beating out their FIP. As well Gavin Floyd isn't even on the team apparently..
  20. That contract would be a disaster. I wouldn't even give Edwin $70 Million.
