    It wasnt harassment, he cheated on his wife with a 22 year old production assistant, and for that was fired from ESPN. Back in the late 90's however, it was alleged that harassment took place but was actually denied by the women who filed a civil suit. From the pictures though, I'm not really sure what motivated him to cheat, the girl was butt ugly
