  1. Time to start making changes and firing coaches. This is getting ridiculous. 1-6 vs. the AL West. Make changes NOW!!! On the other hand, all the AL East teams are going to lose tonight, as it stands. Baltimore lost, New York and Tampa are losing, and Boston trails the Rangers..
  2. WTF? That was a terrible performance by Carrera and Collabello.
  3. Uh, we still have one inning left. But this is getting ridiculous.. it's time for changes in the Jays organization. Where is the accountability?
  4. Well, Hutch injured Pujols. Krauss is now in the game at 1B. Angels are in trouble if Pujols misses time.. especially considering they have enough trouble scoring as is.
  5. I meant defensively. Hey, at least he doesn't embarrass himself defensively like HanRam on the Red Sox, who is possibly one of the worst defensively players in baseball.
  6. BTW, to those people complaining about Valencia in LF.. he's actually been at least servicable in LF defensively. He hasn't really killed the team that much. I mean, they converted Ryan Braun from a 3B to an OF.. why not Valencia?
  7. Danny Valencia with another clutch hit! And you people criticized Gibbons for playing him vs. a RHP..
  8. The Collabello mushroom just tied it up! Now how about another?
  9. Good question. Ask the Red Sox, who got burned on the Lackey trade. Craig is out of the majors, and Kelly still stinks.
  10. Thank goodness for that. Limit the damage to one. Now we need some offense..
  11. It feels like both Hutch and Weaver have dinner plans.. they've been pitching quickly!
  12. Slow, slower, slowest.. Jered Weaver's curveballs are ridiculousl slow.. yet we can't hit them.
  13. Nice start by Hutch on only 8 pitches. Now on to Weaver and his low-80s meatballs..
  14. Pillar needs a day off. That's why he's not in the lineup.
  15. It's frigging cold! It's going down to 8 (46F) tonight. And the roof can't be opened unless it's 10 C (50F).
  16. Good. New York media is likely getting desperate because the Mets have stumbled due to lack of offense, and the Yankees just lost Ellsbury for an undetermined period due to a leg injury..
  17. Of course, the East is already shaky with a fragile Yankees squad (who as I just posted, lost Ellsbury for 2-3 weeks minimum, depending on the severity of his knee injury) and a Rays team playing way over its head and unlikely to keep up this pace, especially with the losses of Cobb and Smyly for the season (though Smyly might return), and Moore still a ways away and questionable to be effective post TJS. And of course we have no idea on Boston and Baltimore..
  18. And it's about to get more forgiving, as this could be a huge blow to the Yankees:
  19. Yankees are free falling in the standings, like the Jays. Miller just served up a walk-off HR to Ryan Zimmerman. Yanks are now 4-7 in their last 11, and the Rays have caught them in the standings (who da thunk it?)
