  1. I hope they lose every remaining game like this.... anything to get Beeston, AA, Gibbons, JPA, JJ, and Bautista out of here!
  2. Man, I'm so glad we didn't sell high on this vaunted, stacked bullpen! Great move, AA!
  3. No, conspiring to get the Yankees out of a very large contract that is draining their resources without a single positive drug test to back it up. If A-Rod was on any team other than the Yankees or Red Sox with his current contract, any punishment that involved voiding the contract wouldn't even be considered.
  4. Selig is a joke. This Biogenesis witch-hunt is going to permanently damage the MLB's reputation and perhaps even put an end to baseball's relative labor peace by the time Selig's done with it. Already, he's hopped into bed with people they had been smearing as crooks before to get information out of them, thrown due process out the window by suspending without a positive drug test, cut deals with players that they were smearing as cheats, and now will be getting the Yankees out of A-Rod's albatross of a contract. This thing could reignite conflicts not only between the players' union and the owners but also between small-market franchises and large-market franchises if Selig doesn't end this nonsense. I don't care that A-Rod showed up on some crook's handwritten list - until there's a positive test, the MLB should NOT suspend him and should NOT void his contract. The Yankees look like absolute crooks here too, keeping him off the field on purpose to get out of his contract and collect insurance money on top of that. What a joke.
  5. It'd be a smart signing - so AA won't even consider it. After all, he "believes in this core" and "doesn't want prospects."
  6. I despise this team and loathe the fact that they're all going to be brought back next year. AA needs to gooooo!
  7. The real reason he'll keep his job is because cronyism is more important to Rogers and the Jays than winning. Gibbons is a crony. Ergo, he's staying along with everyone else on this atrocious team for a few more dismal last-place seasons.
  8. http://d3j5vwomefv46c.cloudfront.net/photos/large/796125113.gif
  9. Based on his status as a Beeston/AA crony.
  10. FIRE HIM NOW, he's delusional.
  11. This team won't even sniff .500, let alone the playoffs, with these idiots in charge.
  12. AA's idea of "major changes" is probably to throw too much money at Cano, Peavy, and Ervin Santana and replace Gibbons with Cito.
  13. How am I making excuses for him? I just said he was a flat-out garbage pitcher. He's awful.
  14. What's happening is that JJ is just a flat-out garbage pitcher who's been completely exposed in a real division.
  15. I wouldn't take this bum back for free. Can't pitch at all, ESPECIALLY can't pitch in the AL East.
  16. Please, tell me more about how we can't blow this piece of s*** team up because we're "a couple pieces away from contending." This team is a J-O-K-E.
  17. But... but.... DINGERZZZ! CHARITY WORK! Clearly he's better than Buster Posey, amirite?
  18. Introducing the new Blue Jays alternate uniform for next season: http://i.imgur.com/7yNB9wo.jpg
  19. Felix would be a waste on this s*** team, he deserves to be on a contender like the Rays.
  20. Don't worry, guys, JJ is just "unlucky." He'll "figure it out" eventually, right? At some point, it's time to accept that his real production is never going to match up to his xFIP, and that he's too much of a choke artist to pitch in the AL East.
  21. I give up - the Rays deserve this division but the horseshoe-up-the-ass Red Sox are going to fluke their way to the division title. Pathetic chokejob by the Mariners.
