Attendance isn't even that great this year. It hasn't been as abysmal as it used to be, but now it's just average, and the seats aren't even close to being filled. It's going to plummet next year though unless AA admits defeat and rebuilds. Also, TV ratings are down from last year - can't imagine those bouncing back until the front office pulls their heads out of their asses and does what needs to be done.
There's an old adage in sports: "if you can't sell wins, sell hope." Well, the Jays can't really sell wins this offseason, and this current roster and farm system is hopeless, so unless AA blows up the team, they'll learn this lesson the hard way next year.
