    I have a simple reaction to the celebration issue: I am ok with it when I my team does it because I am happy. I am pissed off when someone does it to us because I am sad/angry = normal Bi-polar sports fan. Seriously though....its the norm now and I don't mind it either way as long as its not too over the top.

    BsR 8.1 - that shocks me. wRC+ 93 A solid piece to have around under cheap control as we see if Pompey matures into what we hope he will be. Pillar is what he is but isn't a black hole at the bottom of our lineup. Who could forget this from June 2nd: Pillar connected twice off Scherzer, including a go-ahead three-run homer, as the Blue Jays beat the Nationals 7-3 Tuesday night.

    This is a good assessment and one I agree with.

    A 32nd Round pick 4th OF who has a 4.3 WAR 2015 season under his belt. Many expect it will be a career year for him. Few predict further improvement. Not even expected to start in the Jays OF this season he has been a pleasant surprise. Despite his poor pitch selection and propensity to brain cramp at times when it comes to ball sense, he has been of solid value to the Jays. Seems to be a soft spoken pretty humble guy. His reckless abandon allows him to make the plays he does, but he is sometimes overly aggressive. If it wasn't for the Rays Defensive CF wizard, this guy would easily win the GG (whatever that's worth). I ask you Jays fans "where would we be without him in 2015?" Plus, he has a pretty hot wife. Mazel Tov!

    God ya....forgot about him. From an 8 to a - 0.6 WAR. He may not stick on his comeback.

    Yes. I think Saunders may be finished sadly. One of the unluckiest players I can ever remember.

    Too many. road warrior. usually over 100 flites a year. but travelling to Jays games I like! Just got a note from my friend leaving Yukon for tomorrows game in TOR and he will miss his connection in Van. Crazy what we do to get to Jays games. Looking forward to tonights WC - great pitching match up!

    Lol. He misses TOR. Not. What a down and in meatball Tanaka threw him tonight. He feasts on that pitch all day long. Still a dangerous hitter when he is hot.

    Well one fan on Wilner Jays talk suggested Martin should play SS when Tulo went down because he did in College and wanted to in the WBC. So we should be bona fide with him @ 2B

    We will be ok on that. I think his Buff demotion signalled the end of the affair with Gibby.

    So excited to watch this game. On flite back to Cal from BBBB country so PVR'ing to watch later this eve. Really nice to watch playoffs again when they have potential implications for us...for the 1st time in over 2 decades!

    Spot on. I'm hoping Loup comes up big. He has the stuff. We need him to get lucky for a change. He has been cursed this season with some bad breaks mixed in with his mistakes.

    Interesting. Most of seem seem to feel like we deserved better than we got against him in the two starts I watched this year. They think he owned us and matches up well. This is going to be fun. I may need to bring my own defibraltor to RC
